QUE: Changing DNS Information
There is a
$10 administrative fee if you would like assistance with changing your DNS
information to our nameservers. If your domain name is registered with a third
party registrar company (excluding Verisign/Network Solutions' Internic
accounts), you will need to give us your registrar login information as well as
the name of your registrar company. We will modify your DNS information to our
nameservers and follow up to ensure that the changes are made. Since each
registrar company has their own time estimate for implementing this service, we
will contact you with details on how long your transfer request will take.

QUE: Changing Verisign/Network
Solutions (Internic accounts) DNS and contact information
If you are
trying to transfer your Verisign/Network Solutions domain to our servers and
your administrative contact email is no longer valid, we can assist you with
updating your information. For $25 we will assist you with modifying your
contact information and implementing the DNS change at the same time. In order
to implement this request you will be required to fax information proving your
ownership of the domain name. These changes typically take between 5-10 business

your Verisign/Network Solutions (Internic accounts) contact information
There is a $15 fee for assisting you with changing your contact
information for your Verisign/Network Solutions domain name. In order to
implement this request you will be required to fax information proving your
ownership of the domain name. This request typically takes between 5-10 business

QUE: Transferring
your domain name to STP Webhosting Registrar company, Directi
There is a
$10 administrative fee plus a years domain registration fee (see our annual
domain name registration prices) for transferring your domain to our registrar
company. For all subsequent domain name renewals you will only be charged the
regular annual domain registration fee. To conduct this Registrar transfer, the
administrative contact email address for your domain name must be current. If
your domain is already registered with Directi and you want to transfer the
domain management to our company, your request will take about 24-48 hours to
implement. If your domain is registered with any other Registrar company the
request can take between 3-5 business days. (Please note that this time is
effected by how quickly you and your present Registrar company respond to the

Updating contact information and transferring your Verisign/Network Solutions
domain name to our Registrar company
For $25 plus the cost of your domain
name, we will update your contact information (this is necessary to implement a
registrar transfer), transfer your domain to our Registrar company and advance
your domain renewal date by a year. Typically it takes 7-14 business days to
